Unhealthy, unorganized, stressful, and depressing…that was my life. I was sinking into a deep, dark space and saw no way out. It seemed like I was on a path for a great and meaningful life, but after years clawing my way up the corporate ladder, I was left empty and uninspired. Success was not what I had anticipated, I wasn’t the mom, wife, friend, or corporate success story everyone, including me, had expected.

Who was that desperate woman staring back in the mirror? It was so painful to even look in her eyes. I was left disappointed and confused. My body, soul, and mind were in desperate need of help. However, through self mastery and self improvement, I triumphantly lifted myself out of the unhealthy lifestyle and a job I didn’t feel passionately about, and built the life of my dreams.
